About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring that members receive the necessary care they need while maintaining strict compliance with established criteria and regulatory timelines.
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with medical directors and other healthcare professionals to facilitate the authorization process. Your work will directly impact the member experience by ensuring timely access to behavioral health and substance use disorder services, bridging the gap between clinical needs and administrative requirements.
