The Payments practice is a vital part of the Financial Services North America Banking Client Service Group. We provide consulting and outsourcing services to retail banking and payments clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our North American Payments practice drives Accenture's go-to-market strategies and offerings for US and Canadian clients, leveraging our global payment practices and experience.
We serve more than 600 unique clients in 24 countries, including banks, networks, merchants, fintechs, and payment platforms. Our offerings span Payment Innovation (digital payments, wallets), Card Issuing, Retail Bank Payments, and Commercial Cash Management, B2B, Corporate, and Transaction Banking.
As a Payments Senior Manager, you will be dedicated to helping clients design and deliver strategic solutions that achieve compliance, mitigate risks, and seize revenue growth opportunities. You will partner with clients to develop world-class business and technology solutions for Consumer and Commercial Payments across a wide range of payment methods.
In this role, you will act as a business architect during client engagements, conducting operating model assessments and client needs analyses. You will participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design for payments systems implementation, while also contributing to the development of best-in-class, reusable assets. This position requires a high degree of client interaction and the ability to originate new business opportunities.

Industry experience within Consumer, Commercial or new payment flows. Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end payment lifecycles and operating models. Successful track record of performing operating model design, business process design, and system functional design. Experience with vendor platforms enabling seamless delivery of payments products. Ability to develop and manage relationships with client management. Payments industry expertise in alternative/emerging payments. Understanding of end-to-end payments lifecycle.
