Bakery Shift Leader

About the Role

As a Shift Lead, you will be a pivotal leader within the Sprinkles team, assisting management with bakery operations to create and maintain the iconic Sprinkles Experience for our guests and associates. You will serve as a role model of our culture, guiding your peers with enthusiasm and a passion for the brand. This role is designed for those who enjoy leadership and want to learn all aspects of operations within our beloved bakery.

You will be the face of Sprinkles, managing guest experiences from answering inquiries to collecting feedback on recent visits. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service, act as a product expert by making recommendations to guests, and ensure a clean, safe environment by adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of managing shift expectations, handling transactions with a smile, and participating in the daily creation of special memories through baking, boxing, and plating our signature goods.
