About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will partner closely with sales teams and internal business units to support both new and existing customers. Your primary goal is to help clients discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys consultative conversations, and wants to make a measurable impact on customer success.

In this role, you will manage multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as sales teams, merchants, and vendors to secure one-time and recurring projects for high-value accounts. By maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline and adhering to company standards, you will drive conversion rates and increase net sales through trusted advisor relationships.
