About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our upcoming clinic in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with an estimated opening in July. This unique role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management. You will serve as both a clinical leader and a practicing provider, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth.

In this position, you will help redefine wellness care one patient relationship at a time. You will empower women through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness medicine, and concierge primary care services. As the Clinic Director, you will foster a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care, collaborating with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes and drive clinic success.
