Auto Technician / Mechanic

As an Auto Technician, you will perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, adhering to dealership and CarMax standards. You will diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning, ensuring all work meets precise specifications.

A key part of your day involves communicating complex mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers. You will also provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs, inspect and test new vehicles, and record findings to ensure necessary repairs are made.
