As an Auto Technician at CarMax, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our high standards of vehicle safety and customer satisfaction are met. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex mechanical diagnostics and clear communication. You will explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency and trust. Your work involves not only fixing vehicles but also inspecting and testing new vehicles for necessary adjustments and providing accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
