As a Technician Trainee, you will be trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician. This role exists to develop your skills through a comprehensive program that culminates in the Safelite SafeTech certification. Upon completion, you will possess the fundamental skills necessary for performing unsupervised glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.
You are expected to embody the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset. Your day-to-day will involve striving to bring unexpected happiness to customers by completing jobs timely and with the highest quality standards. You will learn the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training, observing and assisting in installations, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and providing additional services and products.
