Matrix Providers is seeking an Audiologist to join our team of talented medical professionals in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you will conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams, playing a critical part in the assessment process for Veterans seeking disability awards.
The position involves reviewing pertinent medical history documentation and performing comprehensive audiology compensation and pension exams. You will capture responses during the exam through web-based forms, with all documentation completed electronically and sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The role utilizes custom soundproof booths and includes standard testing such as Pure Tone Air and Bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex, and speech recognition to assess hearing loss or tinnitus.

This is a full-time, hourly position paid bi-weekly, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements
- verifiedActive and unrestricted Audiologist license
- verifiedMaster's or doctorate from CAA, ACAE, or ASHA accredited program
- verifiedActive and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- verifiedFully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines
