About the Role
As an Online Auction & Team Member, you will be the hands-on heart of our operations, working directly in client homes to organize, pack, and help resettle belongings. No two days are the same; you might be sorting items for sale, donation, or recycling one day, and photographing, describing, and listing items on our auction platform the next. This role is designed for those seeking meaningful, hands-on work where you can make a tangible difference in the community while enjoying a supportive team environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking team players with a positive, flexible attitude who understand the importance of reliability and punctuality, as both our clients and teammates depend on you. While no specific experience is required, a background in customer service or working with seniors is a plus. You should be comfortable working in varied home environments, which may include cluttered or dusty spaces, and possess the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb stairs, and stand for several hours. Additionally, you must be tech-savvy enough to utilize smartphones and apps for scheduling, timekeeping, and auction management.
