We treat pets like our own, viewing them as extensions of the family. Our commitment to compassion, technology, and education has earned the community's trust, reflected in our exceptional 4.9-star Google rating.

We are part of Mission Pet Health, a network founded by veterinarians who believe local practices thrive with clinical autonomy, collaboration, and medical excellence. Our award-winning culture is driven by the WAG values: Work Together, Amaze, and Grow.

About the Role

You will join a legacy team that truly makes a difference in downtown Indianapolis. This role offers the autonomy of a local practice backed by the comprehensive resources of a larger network. You will practice comprehensive, full-service medicine focused on quality and advanced technology, spanning essential wellness, thorough diagnostics, and complex surgical procedures.

Our team provides comprehensive advanced care, ensuring we are equipped to handle a wide range of needs, including emergency situations. You will have direct access to internal specialty consultations, ensuring you always have the necessary support and resources to provide exceptional patient care. We are devoted to fostering a medical environment where you have the technology and educational resources necessary to provide compassionate, high-level care for every small animal patient.

Your Day-to-Day

Your day will be defined by building lasting relationships with clients and their pets, becoming their trusted partner in a pet's lifelong health. You will lead patient care with the freedom to uphold the highest standards, from diagnosis to treatment. A key part of your role involves educating and empowering clients by clearly communicating findings and treatment plans, enabling them to make informed decisions. You will collaborate alongside a supportive paraprofessional team, contributing to a positive hospital culture where continuous learning and professional development are prioritized.

Location and Community

Joining our team places you squarely in the heart of Indianapolis, a vibrant city known for its accessibility and energetic downtown core. Indianapolis offers a fantastic blend of big-city amenities and Midwest charm, providing outstanding cultural opportunities, dining, and entertainment just steps from the hospital. You will be serving a dedicated pet-owning population who view their animals as family, making this an incredibly rewarding community in which to live and build your career.

Hiring Process

We invite you to bring your expertise to a team that values your growth. We have established programs to help you achieve your specific career goals, whether that involves pursuing a credentialed technician status or moving into leadership roles. As part of our commitment to growth, you will receive a yearly CE allowance with dedicated paid days off, along with structured mentorship and leadership tracks.
