About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations while managing a caseload of workers compensation matters from start to finish. You will draft legal pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence, and conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance. The role involves frequent communication with clients and opposing counsel, as well as collaboration with firm leadership to achieve strong case outcomes.
Location and Work Style
This is a fully remote position within California. The role includes occasional in-person court appearances and two firm events per year in Los Angeles.
