About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support our Surgical I & II departments during the evening and night shifts. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care within a fast-paced surgical environment. As the ANM, you will provide both clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level, bridging the gap between daily operations and strategic goals.

In this position, you will serve as a vital resource for nursing staff, assisting with patient flow, staffing coordination, and unit support. Your day will involve fostering a culture of quality patient care and satisfaction while providing leadership support to resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging situations. Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with staff, patients, and leadership are central to your success in this role.
