In this position, you will lead daily operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. When the Restaurant General Manager is not on site, you will provide leadership, training, and direction. You will manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals while coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential. Additionally, you will handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care, supporting scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities.

Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.
