About the Role
You were born to be the boss. You naturally ensure everyone around you is doing what they need to do, even when the pressure is on. Now is your chance to bring that leadership to Domino's as an Assistant Manager. This is a tough job that requires a natural leader with strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
In this role, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, setting the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time. You will manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations while ensuring the store maintains a perfect image and high standards of cleanliness. You'll work for a company that is fun and flexible, gaining experience you will use for a long time to come.
