About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager – Unassigned, you will serve as a vital part of our Hotel Operations Leadership team. In this role, you will support our vision and core values by taking exceptional care of the team members who, in turn, take exceptional care of our guests.
You will be a diverse leader comfortable in seeking new experiences and forming new partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve providing expert leadership across all departments of multiple hotel properties within your assigned region. You will cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high standards, hiring the right team members, and coaching them to achieve success. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving challenges, role-modeling quality assurance best practices, and delivering on key business measures through hands-on leadership and empowerment.

Requirements
