The Assistant Director of Athletics and Activities serves as a vital partner to the Athletic Director, providing direction and coordination for high school athletics and co-curricular programs. This role exists to ensure a safe, organized, and positive environment where student-athletes can thrive. You will be the operational backbone of the athletic department, managing game logistics, facility preparation, and transportation while fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and excellence.
In this position, you will work closely with coaches, students, parents, and the community to promote sportsmanship and equity. Your day-to-day involves supervising game management operations, leading leadership development sessions for student-athletes, and facilitating open communication through parent meetings. You will also drive community engagement by updating social media channels and representing the school at County, District, Regional, and State meetings.
