About the Role
Integrity Technical Services is partnering with an established engineering firm in Valley City, Ohio, to find an experienced Architectural Designer or Architect. This role is critical for translating conceptual designs into precise technical documentation. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between design intent and construction reality, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
In this position, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and project management teams to refine designs and resolve technical challenges. A key part of your day involves identifying and addressing potential design conflicts before they impact construction, ensuring all deliverables adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project compliance.
