Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAccurately record and reconcile all incoming payments with daily reports
- check_circleDeposit checks using a remote scanner and code them to appropriate GL accounts
- check_circleEnter recurring journal entries and assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- check_circleSupport month-end closing processes and maintain up-to-date financial records
Requirements
- verified1-3 years general accounting experience
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedWorking knowledge of GAAP
- verifiedStrong keyboard, 10-key, and alphabetizing skills
- verifiedStrong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. College degree in accounting or business. Tekion or other DMS experience.
