About the Opportunity
Your combination of people skills and system administrator knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. We are looking for a system administrator with expertise in infrastructure and application high availability operations within a cyber-secure environment to provide mission support capabilities to the U.S. military.
As a system administrator on our team, you will be part of an operations group dedicated to ensuring infrastructure and applications remain functional and available. You will continually look for ways to make the infrastructure more resilient and highly performant by leveraging the latest technologies and implementing better operations practices. You will help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management, identifying problem areas, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical environment.
Your communication skills will be vital as you turn metrics into information, articulate their meaning, and interact with other supporting government technology teams. We focus on growing as a team, sharing techniques, working through challenges, and developing new solutions together. Nice to Have
