We are seeking a passionate Solution Engineer to join our Information Technology team as a Junior-facing advisor and delivery partner. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between concept and go-live, assisting in the implementation of robust retail solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to develop high-quality code, build reusable assets, and collaborate on technical solutions that drive the AWG community forward.
This position is designed for a self-starter eager to dive into complex processes and apply their skills to solve customer challenges. You will participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and develop solutions, while actively learning to provide accurate estimates and understand how your contributions fit into the broader scope of our systems. As a committed member of a cross-functional team, you will share ideas from different perspectives and take ownership of your assignments, communicating status and completion to stakeholders.

Retail, wholesale, or Consumer Product Goods industry experience. Development experience with Java batch (Jberet framework) to maintain and optimize background processes. Experience with file-transfer software such as Cleo Harmony. Knowledge of DevOps technologies (Jenkins, GitHub) to manage automated deployments and version control.
