About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal expert within our data center networks and security infrastructure team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the critical systems that keep our enterprise-wide IT cloud platform running securely and efficiently. The role exists to ensure the reliable operation of cloud production environments by diagnosing and resolving the most complex security issues, while simultaneously driving the adoption of leading security technologies to improve overall performance.
In this capacity, you will act as a mentor and guide for junior staff, elevating their capabilities while handling escalated technical challenges. Your day-to-day involves developing auditing methodologies to protect data in cloud environments, managing the transition of code through development, test, and production cycles, and translating client business functions into appropriate technical solutions. You will also contribute to special projects and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports the department's technical deliverables.
