Horton, Inc. is seeking an Off-Highway Application Engineer to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Roseville, MN. This is an onsite position working Monday through Friday.
In this professional engineering role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our engineering capabilities and the needs of worldwide customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for customizing Horton products to meet specific technical requirements, supporting designs through all stages of development and production, and ensuring timely product releases that satisfy customer demands.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with customers to understand their unique needs, modifying existing products, and creating custom solutions. You will coordinate prototype builds, perform necessary testing and analysis, and manage the release of products into production. Beyond design, you will provide field technical assistance, troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site, and working with sales, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing departments to drive success.
