About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Analytical Testing Technicians to join our team in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. Local candidates are highly preferred. This is a full-time, direct employment opportunity where you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of complex process systems.
In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will serve as the frontline for quality assurance in clean room and manufacturing settings. The majority of your work will involve hands-on troubleshooting and testing for leaks and impurities in Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas lines and Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems. You will be responsible for operating advanced analytical equipment, including mass spectrometers and moisture/oxygen testers, to ensure systems meet rigorous standards.
Success in this role requires a candidate who is self-motivated, technically skilled, and highly organized. You will work under contractor supervision to assist customers in identifying and solving construction quality problems, participating in pre-planning and site programs. The ideal candidate has a proven history of increasing responsibility throughout their career and possesses the mechanical inclination to work effectively in high-pressure situations without confrontation.

Candidates must be prepared to pass required drug screenings and background checks, as this is a safety-sensitive position. We look for individuals who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of process gas systems and the hazards associated with working around chemicals.
