About the Role
We are seeking an Analytical Chemist to join our R&D team at the Global Technology Center in Northfield, IL. This onsite position reports to the Analytical Innovation Manager and serves as a vital link between our laboratory research and manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will own general analytical projects, offering significant opportunities to expand your technical expertise and develop new skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D and manufacturing to develop, implement, and validate analytical methods while contributing to current and future regulatory initiatives. Your work will directly support manufacturing sites by troubleshooting issues, interpreting data, and driving process improvements. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative scientist with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous learning.
