About the Role
Join our team as a full-time Ambulatory Clinical Triage Nurse in Internal Medicine. This is a rare opportunity to join a great team in a setting designed for work-life balance, offering a 40-hour day shift with no call, weekends, or holidays required.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care to identified patients in collaboration with providers and the care team. Your mission is to assess, develop, and implement plans of care that deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality, and cost-effective treatment. As an ambulatory RN, you will offer oversight and guidance to clinical staff working in the clinic while supporting providers with daily patient management. You will utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring all clinical protocols and assessment guidelines are followed in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance standards.
