About the Role

You'll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station, the final stop before we deliver smiles to customers. In this fast-paced, active role, you'll receive trucks full of orders and prepare them for delivery. Your day involves loading conveyor belts, transporting packages, and staging deliveries to be picked up by drivers. You'll use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans, while also building, wrapping, and transporting pallets.

What It's Like at an Amazon Delivery Station

Safety & Workspace Your safety is our top priority. We provide protective gear, and teams share safety tips daily. Our state-of-the-art facilities are clean, well-organized, and designed with your safety in mind. You will be operating and working around moving equipment, such as mobile carts and rolling cages.

Work Conditions Climate-controlled facilities generally maintain temperatures between 60°F and 90°F, though temperatures can exceed 90°F on hot days or drop below freezing on cold days. The environment can get noisy at times, and hearing protection is available if needed. The dress code is relaxed and comfortable, with closed-toe shoes required and protective safety footwear in select areas. New team members receive a $110 Zappos gift code for their first day.

Physical Activity Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs. You will be moving items around using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.

You can choose from Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), or Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week) schedules. You may select a Fixed or Flexible Schedule, and overtime opportunities may arise based on customer demand.
