How It Works

As an Amazon Flex Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries through phone, chat, or email. You have full control over your schedule, allowing you to adjust your work to fit your life. You can select delivery blocks that suit your availability, working only when you want to.

Earnings and Transparency

We believe in transparency regarding compensation. For each Flex offer, you will see exactly how much you can earn during a block and the duration of that block before you accept it. Actual earnings will depend on your location, any tips you receive, how long it takes you to complete deliveries, and other factors. This structure allows you to plan your finances effectively, whether you are saving for something big or looking to make extra money.

Requirements

To join the Amazon Flex team, you must be at least 21 years old. You are required to have access to a car, a valid driver's license, and an iPhone or Android smartphone. Additionally, you must pass a background check.
