Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate

About the Role

You'll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. In this fast-paced, active role, you'll receive trucks full of orders and prepare them for delivery. Your day will involve loading conveyor belts, transporting packages, and staging deliveries to be picked up by drivers. You'll work alongside moving machines like order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts, using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort and scan orders.

The environment is dynamic and active. You may stand in one place for long periods, walk around, or climb stairs. Temperatures can vary between 60°F and 90°F in some parts of the warehouse, and can exceed 90°F in truck yards or inside trailers on hot days. The noise level can be high at times, but hearing protection is provided if needed. Safety is a top priority; all teams share safety tips daily, and protective gear is available onsite. Depending on the role or location, Amazon provides a $110 Zappos gift code to help you purchase comfortable, closed-toe safety shoes for your first day.

Schedule & Flexibility

Our jobs offer schedule flexibility to fit your life. Depending on where you work, schedules may include full-time (40 hours), reduced-time (30-36 hours), or part-time (20 hours or less), with the option of working additional hours if needed. Shift options include overnight, early morning, day, evening, and weekend, with the possibility of four-day workweeks and three-day weekends.
