You'll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station—the final stop before we deliver smiles to customers. In this fast-paced, active role, you'll receive trucks full of orders and prepare them for delivery. Your day involves loading conveyor belts, transporting packages, and staging deliveries to be picked up by drivers. You'll use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans, while also building, wrapping, and transporting pallets and packages.
Safety & Workspace Your safety is our top priority. We provide protective gear, and teams share safety tips daily. Our state-of-the-art facilities are clean, well-organized, and designed with your safety in mind. You will be operating and working around moving equipment, such as mobile carts and rolling cages. The environment may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
Work Conditions Climate-controlled facilities generally maintain temperatures between 60°F and 90°F, though temperatures can exceed 90°F on hot days or drop below freezing on cold days. The workspace can get noisy at times, and hearing protection is available if needed. The dress code is relaxed and comfortable, with closed-toe shoes required and protective safety footwear in select areas. New hires receive a $110 Zappos gift code for their first day.
Culture & Community We offer an inclusive workplace with a variety of employee support programs and resource groups. You'll join supportive teams in a workplace ranked among the best in the world and have opportunities to make a positive impact through local community engagement initiatives.
Career Growth You'll complete on-the-job training during your first few days, with schedules that may match your chosen shift or follow a fixed training plan before transitioning. Amazon is committed to upskilling employees with free training and development programs, plus tuition support for select groups.
Compensation & Flexibility Many shifts come with a range of benefits, including pay and savings options, healthcare, and peace of mind for you and your family. Select employee groups can access "Anytime Pay" to instantly cash out up to 75% of their earnings immediately after a shift.
We offer flexibility to fit your life. Choose from Early Morning or Overnight hours, and select a schedule that works for you: Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), or Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week). You can choose between a Fixed or Flexible Schedule. Please note that shifts may be extended or reduced by additional hours based on customer demand, which will be communicated during your shift.
