Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in recruiting, administrative, payroll, and employee scheduling duties
- check_circlePromote team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members
- check_circleComplete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety standards
- check_circleImmediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards
- check_circleSupervise and coordinate team activities related to daily airport operations
- check_circleMonitor staffing levels, overtime usage, and operational financial performance
- check_circleCoach, counsel, and mentor employees including issuing disciplinary action as required
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent education
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
- verifiedPossesses a valid Driver's License
- verifiedMust be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- verifiedSupervisory experience is required
Nice to Have
Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.
