As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA), you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations. This role is designed for those seeking an exciting and rewarding career with exceptional federal benefits and job stability. You will partner with a team to conduct air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities targeting smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels. Your day-to-day involves monitoring suspect behavior, analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence, and supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
AMO is actively recruiting seasoned pilots and those with military training. While duty locations are determined by operational and mission requirements, you will be part of a dynamic workforce covering the Southeast Region, Southwest Region, and National Air Security Operation Centers (NASOC). You must be willing to work at any duty location within the region you select.
