As an AI Data Specialist, you will act as an Interaction Analytics data expert, supporting and driving the use of AI tool sets to define, develop, manage, and improve NiCE Enlighten AI's data solutions. You will partner closely with the Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) Research, Product, and Services teams, blending your data expertise with best-in-class technology advancements and client insights to accomplish the team's objectives.
Your core mission is to leverage expertise in the value and insights derived from structured data generated from unstructured Customer Experience (CX) interactions. This role allows you to help build scalable, out-of-the-box data structures that drive operational and measurable outcomes. While you will not focus on the underlying AI algorithms themselves, you will be the expert in the data, utilizing customized topic and semantic modeling components to create datapoints that matter within CX interactions. You will serve as the focal point for developing pre-defined data structures for the automated analysis of large sets of CX interactions across all channels, including audio, chat, email, and social.
The ideal candidate is intellectually inquisitive, a self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to learn and validate evolving toolsets. As you gain and maintain system and data expertise, the role will expand to include direct client interactions, feedback capture, and build plans. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients as a Subject Matter Expert to discuss data solutions, expectations, and best practices, while educating field teams on data definitions and optimization strategies.
