As a Software Engineer in the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions group, you will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing and developing next-generation cryptographic products. This role offers a research-oriented career path alongside award-winning teams developing practical solutions for our nation's security.
You will lead the software development process, applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways. As a collaborative team player, you will provide technical leadership and position others for success. We are looking for individuals with a thorough knowledge of technology trends who are willing to champion new ideas and process improvements, including identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Due to the nature of the work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
This position is fully on-site at our Scottsdale, Arizona campus. We offer flexible schedules, including a 9/80 schedule option where employees may take every other Friday off, if desired.
