About Monte Nido Clementine

Monte Nido Clementine Lake is a 14-bed residential treatment program located in West Linn, Oregon, exclusively dedicated to treating adolescents. We specialize in care for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our mission is to save lives while providing the opportunity for people to realize their healthy selves.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery. We prepare each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder, helping them replace disordered behaviors with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their unique individuality. About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Director to join the Clementine team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the overall clinical quality of our treatment program. The Clinical Director oversees all matters related to the clinical programming of the facility, with the goal of further enhancing our clients' experiences.

The role involves ensuring quality care, driving continuous quality improvement, managing appropriate staffing, and handling budget responsibility. The Clinical Director is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of clinical operations to maintain the high standards of care that define our program.
