About the Role
The Office Administrator will provide critical program management and logistical support to the NUWC MILSATCOM engineering team. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring the operational readiness of KBR's San Diego Office and the formal management of contract deliverables.
You will serve as the primary host for the office, overseeing visitor check-in procedures and ensuring compliance with secure facility protocols. Your day will involve coordinating schedules for multiple engineering leads, managing the lifecycle of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and assisting with the tracking of internal documents and financial claims. By maintaining the office footprint and managing procurement, you will directly support the team's ability to focus on designing and optimizing defense systems.
