Compensation and Employment Details

• Hourly Rate: $44.15 - $45.00 per hour. Please note that actual compensation is determined by your specific skills and experience; discuss further details with your recruiter.

• Location: Remote (Work From Home) based in Colorado, US.

• Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be available to work within the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone.

Role Summary

We are currently hiring an ActiveBatch Administration Support professional for one of our clients. This role focuses on the administration, maintenance, and scripting of batch integration jobs using the ActiveBatch tool.

Key Responsibilities

Administration and Job Management

• Utilize a minimum of 6+ years of experience in ActiveBatch Administration.

• Manage the administration of the ActiveBatch tool.

• Create, edit, and maintain batch integration jobs within the ActiveBatch environment.

• Modify job step schedules and adjust endpoint configurations for job steps.

Scripting and Automation

• Write and update PowerShell scripts to support automation tasks.

• Implement logic to copy files with a datetime stamp appended to the filename and save them to an 'archive' folder.

• Execute file movements from one directory to another.

• Manage file uploads and downloads to and from SFTP servers.

• Perform file encryption and decryption using PGP keys.

• Interact with API endpoints to send or retrieve data.

Workflow Logic and Vendor Integration

• Implement conditional logic: If a specific file exists, proceed to the second job step; if not, take no action.

• Encrypt files using PGP keys provided by external vendors.

• Upload encrypted files to the vendor's SFTP server.

• Clean up source directories by deleting original and encrypted files after successful upload.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• A college degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work diligently, whether working independently or as part of a team, meeting agreed specifications and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of scripting languages.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
