The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position goes beyond standard data entry, requiring strong analytical thinking to navigate customized project billing processes. You will serve as a bridge between our sales teams, account management, and clients, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition for large, complex projects.
In this role, you will manage client relationships by resolving billing inquiries, handling disputes, and supporting client portals. The day-to-day involves reviewing contracts and project details to ensure integrity in Accounts Receivable aging, performing credit checks, and analyzing sales tax estimates. You will work closely with the Accounting Operations Manager to implement billing procedures and support month-end and year-end closes. Success in this position requires the ability to reprioritize quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
