About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our financial operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of all accounting-related information. This role exists to maintain the integrity of our expense management and vendor payment systems, allowing the business to operate smoothly while fostering a friendly and professional environment for both customers and peers.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of invoices, from matching expense documents to receiving records and coding them accurately. You will act as a problem solver, researching discrepancies, communicating customer service issues to management, and generating accounts payable checks and ACH batches. Beyond the numbers, you will contribute to a positive culture by adhering to safety guidelines and collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members across all locations.

Requirements

- verifiedValid Driver's license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
