About the Role
As a Market Operations Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for your entire market, overseeing day-to-day operations across our center-based, school-based, and in-home therapy programs. This role exists to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and clinical operations while fostering an engaging and supportive team culture that delivers outstanding experiences for clients and families.
You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Center Directors to align strategy, drive quality and efficiency, and support continued growth in your market. As your market matures, you will also oversee an Associate Operations Manager, delegating scheduling and culture initiatives to help manage the region effectively.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
