This role exists to diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions through a fully remote, flexible model. You will operate as an independent provider, conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans via video visits. The position is designed for those who value a collaborative community and the ability to set hours that best fit their lifestyle while delivering evidence-based care.
To apply, please submit your credentials for review. Please note that all active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed. Hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time; applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s). We often revisit opportunities in the future as hiring needs evolve and when licensure, experience, and other role requirements align.
