About the Role
This position is a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) role focused on regional, dedicated line-haul refrigerated freight. The role is designed for drivers who value flexibility; there is no forced dispatch, allowing you to manage your schedule. You will be responsible for hauling loads without the need for driver load or unload duties.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be out for 7 to 10 days at a time, though you are free to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy ensures you get 3 days of home time for every 7 days worked, guaranteeing you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to help you get started. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room, and meals (lunch and breakfast) are included. We also cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting location.
