About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo), you will operate on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, managing both dry van and refrigerated loads. This role is designed for independent operators who prefer a schedule that balances time on the road with regular time at home. You will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, with an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. A key benefit of this position is that no driver load or unload duties are required, allowing you to focus entirely on driving.
Home Time
Our scheduling model is built to ensure you stay connected with your family. While you can expect to be out for 5 to 21 days at a time, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Our home time policy guarantees two days of home time for every five days worked, ensuring you are home every weekend.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license without any restrictions, specifically excluding (G) Night Driving or (O) No Semi Trailer. Additionally, applicants must possess at least two years of tractor-trailer experience.
