
The Open Horizons Disability Rights Fellowship is a three-year program for recent law school graduates focused on advancing disability and civil rights through impact litigation. The role involves conducting legal research, developing cases, managing discovery, and participating in motions and trials alongside experienced staff and co-counsel. Fellows will build partnerships with grassroots organizations in Maryland, prioritizing outreach to disabled BIPOC communities to address intersecting harms. The position offers strong mentorship, union representation, and a collaborative culture dedicated to racial and disability justice. This hybrid role requires in-person work at the Washington DC office three days per week.
