Kadlec is an integrated regional health care system headquartered in Richland, Washington, operating within the Hospitals and Health Care industry. Established in 1944 to serve Hanford area workers, the organization has evolved into the second-largest employer in the Tri-Cities area. Today, Kadlec provides health care services to approximately half a million residents across Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon. The system is affiliated with the not-for-profit health network Providence St. Joseph Health. Its clinical footprint includes the Regional Medical Center and Kadlec Clinic, which has expanded to 26 sites across six communities. These locations offer care in more than 20 medical specialties. Kadlec maintains membership in the Planetree network of hospitals and has held an A Grade in hospital safety from The Leapfrog Group since 2013.
