As a Senior Principal Platform IAC Engineer, you will lead a small technical team in developing and maintaining our modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solution. You will support a critical, strategic national asset, managing environments that serve as the enterprise hybrid-cloud backbone for product development and testing. These environments include a mix of servers, workstations, storage, networks, and custom hardware.
This role blends hands-on keyboard engineering with documentation and baseline control. You will leverage industry best practices to deploy, implement, and modernize IAC solutions, utilizing tools such as LDAP, RHEL, Tenable, Consul, Ansible, and Terraform. Your work will involve leading the integration of container development and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes/Docker) and designing build/test pipelines optimized for performance and scalability across on-premise and cloud environments.
This position is based onsite in Richardson, TX, at the Cityline C27 facility. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required for upgrade and implementation activities.
This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (TS/SCI with Polygraph) on day one. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services handles the clearance process.
