The Role

As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen and front-of-house operations. You will prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads according to our specific recipes and guidelines while ensuring food safety protocols are strictly followed. This role is dynamic, requiring you to greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and handle transactions efficiently. You will also assist customers with our mobile app, answer phone calls for to-go orders, and promote our menu items and specials.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. You will work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment. Whether you are preparing food, bussing tables, or managing the front counter, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our brand's reputation.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on experience, with tips averaging $6+ an hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 30 days of employment), a health reimbursement, paid training, and a referral program. Flexible scheduling is available for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
