About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Psychiatric Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, including mental health techs, occupational therapy staff, and social workers. You will manage specific nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure patient safety and implement de-escalation strategies to support patients in crisis. This position requires maintaining a secure environment and participating in self-scheduling to meet weekend and holiday coverage requirements.
