The Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) serves as a senior leader defining the strategic vision, governance, and technical direction for our enterprise PLM ecosystem. This role is critical for aligning engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and compliance. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product data—from concept through manufacturing, sustainment, and archival—while partnering with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to drive digital thread continuity.
This is a senior leadership position located on-site in Sedro-Woolley, Washington State. The role requires a commitment to on-site collaboration to effectively lead cross-functional teams and oversee complex system integrations.
