We are seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric gynecologist committed to an academic career in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. This role serves as a vital bridge between clinical care and education, providing comprehensive patient care at both the University of Utah Hospital and Primary Children's Medical Center.
In this position, you will evaluate and treat pediatric and adolescent gynecologic and reproductive health concerns. Your day-to-day activities will involve providing teaching instruction and supervision to fellows (including pediatric endocrinology, reproductive endocrinology, pediatric surgery, and pediatric urology), residents (obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, family medicine), and medical students. You will also lead lectures, attend Grand Rounds, M&M Conferences, Journal Club, and Division meetings, and participate in pediatric multi-disciplinary clinics. Additionally, the role includes mentoring trainees, participating in fellow and resident interviews, and contributing to necessary administrative and committee work.
